The CH341 launch path skips the register fixes on the grounds that an earlier staging set them and the chip keeps them, and that holds until the bandwidth itself changes: a preset switch into or out of 500 kHz left the register at the old bandwidth's value for every later prestaged TX. reconfigure() now drops txStagedByRadioLib and both staged payloads, so the next TX goes through RadioLib's full staging. The recovery path already did this via reinitChip().
