On a bench, a DMShell client reused its session id across reboots and collided with the previous, still-open session on the server. HardwareRNG::fill() gains an STM32WL branch that reads the on-chip TRNG, clocked from MSI for the duration of the read (every STM32WL variant runs SYSCLK from MSI). Before this, STM32WL fell through to std::random_device. stm32wlSetup() now seeds random() from it on every board, folding in the chip UID and boot timer, and starts the LSE as before where HAS_LSE is set. Costs 524-800 bytes of flash per STM32WL env.
