Subject: [PATCH] arm64: export can_set_direct_map for Apple DRM bring-up

Temporary Gravity early-alpha packaging workaround: appledrm is modular
and references this built-in ARM64 helper. Export it to GPL-compatible
modules without changing its implementation. Drop this patch when the
pinned downstream kernel carries the corresponding export or refactor.
