gitlab-ci-local runs .gitlab-ci.yml pipelines locally, directly on your
machine or in local containers, the same way a GitLab Runner would. It
parses the pipeline configuration, expands includes, variables and rules,
executes jobs (shell or docker executor), and supports artifacts, needs,
caches and much more - without pushing a single commit.
