Axolotl is a lightweight graphical client for Archipelago multiworld

- Highly experimental PopTracker pack import support in the Tracker window. It
  is very likely to be buggy, and many packs will not load at all. Tested packs
  include: Phar's SM64, SMS, TTYD, PM64, and DK64, so these packs should at
  least load. Logic may or may not be 100% correct. Feel free to report any
  issue with these packs or suggest new packs to test against.
- Minor OBS browser source enhancements, /feed includes feedback when
  connecting or disconnecting from the Axolotl instance.
- Overview window: better feedback for tracker API fetches, parsing fixes for a
  bug which caused the entire tracker not to load.
