Post Global Financial Crisis derivatives reforms have lifted the veil off
over-the-counter (OTC) derivative markets. Swap Execution Facilities
(SEFs) and Swap Data Repositories (SDRs) now publish data on swaps that
are traded on or reported to those facilities (respectively). This package
