A framework to simulate ecosystem dynamics through ordinary differential
equations (ODEs). You create an ODE model, tells 'ecode' to explore its
behaviour, and perform numerical simulations on the model. 'ecode' also
allows you to fit model parameters by machine learning algorithms.
