Unsupervised multivariate filter feature selection using the UFS-rHCM or
UFS-cHCM algorithms based on the heterogeneous correlation matrix (HCM).
The HCM consists of Pearson's correlations between numerical features,
polyserial correlations between numerical and ordinal features, and
