Free and open source · KDE Plasma 6

One solid widget for your desktop

Live system stats, your PC's specs, and the little everyday things, all in one good-looking board.

Fedora, Kubuntu, Debian 13, openSUSE, Arch, Manjaro, KDE neon, Bazzite and more

Solidget in the Plasma style, with the Aurora Glass, Retro Terminal and Paper looks behind it

Everything at a glance

Put it in a corner, down the side, or fill a spare monitor. It looks good in all of them.

Lots of tiles

CPU, GPU, memory, temperatures, network, storage, power and fans, and top apps. Plus clock and weather, calendar, music, photo of the day, world clocks, focus timer, uptime, notes, quotes and a pixel pet to look after.

Your look

Matches your Plasma Style and accent color out of the box. Or pick from 4 more styles × 10 color themes.

Arrange it your way

Drag tiles, resize them, hide the ones you don't need. They stay exactly where you put them.

Private by default

Your computer name, Wi-Fi name, IP and location are hidden, so screenshots are safe to share.

Light on your PC

About 5% of one CPU core with every tile on. No background services, nothing to set up.

A little desk pet

A pixel poodle (or cat) sniffs around, barks out the window, plays fetch, catches treats, naps on its own bed when it's tired, and pants when your PC gets hot.

Make it yours

It matches your Plasma Style out of the box. Or pick a ready-made look in one click.

Install in a minute

Works on any Linux with KDE Plasma 6.

Open the widget store

Right-click your desktop → Add Widgets… → Get New Widgets → Download New Plasma Widgets.

Install Solidget

Search for Solidget and click Install. Updates arrive in Discover.

Drop it on your desktop

Drag Solidget from Add Widgets. Right-click it → Configure Solidget… to pick tiles and a look.

Or see it on the KDE Store. Prefer a file? Download it from the latest release and choose Install Widget From Local File.

On Fedora? Install it for everyone on the PC from Copr, and it updates with your system: sudo dnf copr enable livlign/solidget && sudo dnf install solidget

What goes online

Everything runs on your PC. A few tiles fetch public data, and only when they're shown. No accounts, no tracking.
