edgar-tool, from Bellingcat, searches the US Securities and Exchange
Commission's EDGAR database from the command line: full-text search of
filings by keyword, company, filing type, location and date, and the latest
filings from EDGAR's RSS feeds. Results are written as CSV, JSON or JSON
Lines.
