geoclustering, from Bellingcat, groups points from a CSV file into clusters
with DBSCAN or HDBSCAN, and writes the result as CSV or GeoJSON for further
mapping. It helps find patterns in sets of locations, such as incident
reports, sightings or photo coordinates.
