nrtest executes a suite of test cases against a scientific application and
records their outputs as a benchmark, then compares two benchmarks numerically
(with pluggable per-file-type comparators) to detect regressions between
versions. Test cases and application metadata are small JSON files, so a suite
lives alongside the application it tests.

Packaged for OpenTOPAS: upstream's system-test suite (github.com/OpenTOPAS/
qi-opentopas, 66 cases) is an nrtest suite, and `nrtest execute` is what
OpenTOPAS's own CI runs. With this package that suite runs against the
packaged /usr/bin/topas.}
