- Patch0 (applied with %%autosetup -p1; the spec had no patches before, so the
  default -p0 silently skipped it): fix the f45 build. Python 3.15 removed Py_GetPythonHome, so
  src/xutils.cpp failed to compile (10993842). Backported from upstream main,
  which replaced the call with PyConfig_InitPythonConfig + config.home and
  handles the NULL case. Unblocks 3dslicer-jupyter on f45, which needs
  xeus-python-devel.
