forms in a very elegant and DRY way, with template packs for Bootstrap and
other CSS frameworks.

This COPR-local update bumps Fedora's python3-django-crispy-forms (which
ships 1.14.0) to the current 2.x series. django-crispy-forms>=2.3 is
required by crispy-bootstrap5, a runtime dependency of TOM Toolkit;
`dnf repoquery --whatrequires python3-django-crispy-forms` showed no
reverse dependencies in Fedora 44 as of this packaging, so this update
is carried here rather than filed against Fedora's own package.}
