- Require and BuildRequire python3-matplotlib. lapy/plot.py imports it, but
  upstream declares only plotly, so %%check failed on f45 with
  "ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'matplotlib'" (11001309). It passed on
  f44 only because matplotlib happened to be in that buildroot already.
- Package %%{_bindir}/lapy-sys_info, the console script upstream declares;
  f45 failed on it as an installed-but-unpackaged file (11001546).
