%description
Tk-mpeg is a simple, portable Tk package for encoding MPEG-1 video
streams, based on ezMPEG (an implementation of the ISO-11172-2
specification). It supports I-frame encoding, configurable GOP size and
quality, multiple parallel streams, and variable bitrate.

This is one of the extra Tcl/Tk packages that SAOImage DS9 bundles
in-tree (used by DS9's "Export Movie" feature); this build lets DS9 use
a system-installed tk-mpeg instead. Upstream has moved to the
SAOImageDS9 GitHub organization, which now maintains this widget
specifically for DS9's use.
