*eProsima Fast CDR* is a C++ serialization library implementing the
Common Data Representation (CDR) mechanism defined by the Object
Management Group (OMG) consortium. CDR is the serialization mechanism
used in DDS for the DDS Interoperability Wire Protocol (DDSI-RTPS).
