Preconfigured Hyprland desktop for hyprdev: Waybar top bar, nwg-dock,
eww calendar/clock/info widgets, rofi launcher, swaync control centre and
Catppuccin Mocha theming. Defaults are installed to /etc/skel for new users;
existing users can run hyprdev-reset-config.
