Our handlers replied anyway: with a\nNotImplemented error for the Release() calls, and with an empty method\nreturn for ClearConfiguration().\n\nSince no reply was requested, the bus daemon has no pending reply to\nmatch it against, and the default system bus policy only allows replies\nthat were requested. dbus-daemon therefore drops the message and logs\nevery single one:\n\n  dbus-daemon[1994]: [system] Rejected send message, 0 matched rules;\n  type=\"error\", sender=\":1.40\" (uid=60578 pid=2690\n  comm=\"/usr/bin/wireplumber\" label=\"unconfined\") interface=\"(unset)\"\n  member=\"(unset)\"\n  error name=\"org.bluez.MediaEndpoint1.Error.NotImplemented\"\n  requested_reply=\"0\" destination=\":1.4\" (uid=0 pid=1960\n  comm=\"/usr/libexec/bluetooth/bluetoothd\" label=\"unconfined\")\n\nBlueZ calls Release() on every registered endpoint when an adapter goes\naway or bluetoothd stops, so each such event produces one line per\nregistered A2DP endpoint (a few dozen with the usual codec set). On a\nmachine whose USB adapter was reset every two minutes this amounted to\nabout 88 lines of dbus-daemon log per minute.\n\nSkip the reply when dbus_message_get_no_reply() is set, which is what\nGDBus and BlueZ's own gdbus helpers do.
