%description
Cagire is a terminal step sequencer for live coding, where every step in a pattern is a small Forth program that
is compiled and played in real time. It bundles a complete synthesis and sampling engine, so nothing else is
needed to make sound: oscillators, FM, Karplus-Strong, drum models, samplers, filters, effects, and bus sends
are all built in and controlled from the same stack-based, generative language. It runs in the terminal or as
a desktop window on macOS, Linux, and Windows, and synchronises with other software and hardware over MIDI
and Ableton Link.
