Name: perl-Data-Denter Version: 0.15 Release: 43%{?dist} License: GPL-1.0-or-later OR Artistic-1.0-Perl Summary: An alternative to Data::Dumper and Storable Source: https://cpan.metacpan.org/authors/id/I/IN/INGY/Data-Denter-%{version}.tar.gz Url: https://metacpan.org/release/Data-Denter BuildArch: noarch # Build BuildRequires: coreutils BuildRequires: make BuildRequires: perl-generators BuildRequires: perl-interpreter BuildRequires: perl(ExtUtils::MakeMaker) >= 6.76 # Runtime BuildRequires: perl(Carp) BuildRequires: perl(Exporter) BuildRequires: perl(strict) BuildRequires: perl(vars) # Tests only BuildRequires: perl(Data::Dumper) BuildRequires: perl(diagnostics) BuildRequires: perl(Test) %description The main problem with Data::Dumper (one of my all-time favorite modules) is that you have to use 'eval()' to deserialize the data you've dumped. This is great if you can trust the data you're evaling, but horrible if you can't. A good alternative is Storable.pm. It can safely thaw your frozen data. But if you want to read/edit the frozen data, you're out of luck, because Storable uses a binary format. Even Data::Dumper's output can be a little cumbersome for larger data objects. Enter Data::Denter. Data::Denter is yet another Perl data serializer/deserializer. It formats nested data structures in an indented fashion. It is optimized for human readability/editability, safe deserialization, and (eventually) speed. %prep %setup -q -n Data-Denter-%{version} %build perl Makefile.PL INSTALLDIRS=vendor NO_PACKLIST=1 NO_PERLLOCAL=1 %{make_build} %install %{make_install} %{_fixperms} %{buildroot}/* %check make test %files %doc Changes README %{perl_vendorlib}/* %{_mandir}/man3/* %changelog * Thu Jan 25 2024 Fedora Release Engineering - 0.15-43 - Rebuilt for https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_40_Mass_Rebuild * Sun Jan 21 2024 Fedora Release Engineering - 0.15-42 - Rebuilt for https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_40_Mass_Rebuild * Fri Nov 10 2023 Jitka Plesnikova - 0.15-41 - Update license to SPDX format - Use %%{make_build} and %%{make_install} * Thu Jul 20 2023 Fedora Release Engineering - 0.15-40 - Rebuilt for https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_39_Mass_Rebuild * Fri Jan 20 2023 Fedora Release Engineering - 0.15-39 - Rebuilt for https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_38_Mass_Rebuild * Fri Jul 22 2022 Fedora Release Engineering - 0.15-38 - Rebuilt for https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_37_Mass_Rebuild * Mon May 30 2022 Jitka Plesnikova - 0.15-37 - Perl 5.36 rebuild * Fri Jan 21 2022 Fedora Release Engineering - 0.15-36 - Rebuilt for https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_36_Mass_Rebuild * Thu Jul 22 2021 Fedora Release Engineering - 0.15-35 - Rebuilt for https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_35_Mass_Rebuild * Fri May 21 2021 Jitka Plesnikova - 0.15-34 - Perl 5.34 rebuild * Wed Jan 27 2021 Fedora Release Engineering - 0.15-33 - Rebuilt for https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_34_Mass_Rebuild * Tue Jul 28 2020 Fedora Release Engineering - 0.15-32 - Rebuilt for https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_33_Mass_Rebuild * Mon Jun 22 2020 Jitka Plesnikova - 0.15-31 - Perl 5.32 rebuild * Wed Jan 29 2020 Fedora Release Engineering - 0.15-30 - Rebuilt for https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_32_Mass_Rebuild * Fri Jul 26 2019 Fedora Release Engineering - 0.15-29 - Rebuilt for https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_31_Mass_Rebuild * Thu May 30 2019 Jitka Plesnikova - 0.15-28 - Perl 5.30 rebuild * Fri Feb 01 2019 Fedora Release Engineering - 0.15-27 - Rebuilt for https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_30_Mass_Rebuild * Fri Jul 13 2018 Fedora Release Engineering - 0.15-26 - Rebuilt for https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_29_Mass_Rebuild * Thu Jun 28 2018 Jitka Plesnikova - 0.15-25 - Perl 5.28 rebuild * Thu Feb 08 2018 Fedora Release Engineering - 0.15-24 - Rebuilt for https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_28_Mass_Rebuild * Thu Jul 27 2017 Fedora Release Engineering - 0.15-23 - Rebuilt for https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_27_Mass_Rebuild * Sun Jun 04 2017 Jitka Plesnikova - 0.15-22 - Perl 5.26 rebuild * Sat Feb 11 2017 Fedora Release Engineering - 0.15-21 - Rebuilt for https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_26_Mass_Rebuild * Sun May 15 2016 Jitka Plesnikova - 0.15-20 - Perl 5.24 rebuild * Thu Feb 04 2016 Fedora Release Engineering - 0.15-19 - Rebuilt for https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_24_Mass_Rebuild * Tue Jan 26 2016 Petr Šabata - 0.15-18 - Package cleanup * Thu Jun 18 2015 Fedora Release Engineering - 0.15-17 - Rebuilt for https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_23_Mass_Rebuild * Thu Jun 04 2015 Jitka Plesnikova - 0.15-16 - Perl 5.22 rebuild * Wed Aug 27 2014 Jitka Plesnikova - 0.15-15 - Perl 5.20 rebuild * Sat Jun 07 2014 Fedora Release Engineering - 0.15-14 - Rebuilt for https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_21_Mass_Rebuild * Sat Aug 03 2013 Fedora Release Engineering - 0.15-13 - Rebuilt for https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_20_Mass_Rebuild * Thu Jul 18 2013 Petr Pisar - 0.15-12 - Perl 5.18 rebuild * Thu Feb 14 2013 Fedora Release Engineering - 0.15-11 - Rebuilt for https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_19_Mass_Rebuild * Fri Jul 20 2012 Fedora Release Engineering - 0.15-10 - Rebuilt for https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_18_Mass_Rebuild * Mon Jun 11 2012 Petr Pisar - 0.15-9 - Perl 5.16 rebuild * Fri Jan 13 2012 Fedora Release Engineering - 0.15-8 - Rebuilt for https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_17_Mass_Rebuild * Wed Jun 29 2011 Marcela Mašláňová - 0.15-7 - Perl mass rebuild * Tue Feb 08 2011 Fedora Release Engineering - 0.15-6 - Rebuilt for https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_15_Mass_Rebuild * Thu Dec 16 2010 Marcela Maslanova - 0.15-5 - 661697 rebuild for fixing problems with vendorach/lib * Fri Apr 30 2010 Marcela Maslanova - 0.15-4 - Mass rebuild with perl-5.12.0 * Mon Dec 7 2009 Stepan Kasal - 0.15-3 - rebuild against perl 5.10.1 * Sat Jul 25 2009 Fedora Release Engineering - 0.15-2 - Rebuilt for https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_12_Mass_Rebuild * Wed Mar 18 2009 Chris Weyl 0.15-1 - update for submission * Wed Mar 18 2009 Chris Weyl 0.15-0 - initial RPM packaging - generated with cpan2dist (CPANPLUS::Dist::RPM version 0.0.8)
